How to Make a Vinyl StickerUpdated a year ago

  1. Once you have logged into the Creator Hub, click on “Start a Project” and then choose “Vinyl Sticker”
  1. You will then be taken to a page where you can start customizing how your vinyl sticker will look

  •  Please note that this page also includes important information regarding product details, pricing and royalty information, the cost for an order of 50 stickers (which is the minimum order quantity needed), as well as specifications for your design artwork

    • You will need to upload two separate PNG image files and artwork design specifications are as follows:

      • The first file you will need to upload will be the artwork file, which must be a PNG image file, 4” x 4”, 300 DPI, CMYK color, with a transparent background

      • The second file you will need to upload is the cutline. This will be a simple magenta line that will indicate where the trim, or edge of the sticker, will be. The cutline layer must also be a PNG image with a transparent background

      • You can download the PDF template (located on the bottom of this page) to create your artwork

      • Once your artwork is finished, you will export the two separate files as PNG images (artwork and cutline)

      • For more specifics regarding how to set up your art on the PDF template in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software, please see the article "Vinyl Sticker Printing Specifications" under the Product Creation Specifications section of the Self-Service Help Center

  1. At this point, you’ll click the “Customize Product” button and you’ll then see a customizer pop-up that is broken up into the following sections:

    • Add Images

      • This is where you’ll upload your artwork file and cutline file as PNG images

    • Continue to Product Page Customization

      • Click this once you have uploaded your image files

    • Save

      • If you’d like to save a sample of what your design looks like, choose this option

  2. Once you click “Continue to Product Page Customization,” you’ll be taken to a page called Product Page Information

    • Please fill out all of the required fields, which will include information about what you’d like to name your stickers, how you are going to promote the stickers, the launch date, as well as if you want your product to be available as an Evergreen, Limited Time, or Limited Quantity item

      • If you need more information about inventory and launch types, please click the link below “Availability” and you’ll be taken to our Launch Types Guide

    • You’ll now want to fill out the product description field, to describe your product to your customers

    • If you have any other requirements for your stickers, please fill out the field “Anything else?”

    • Once you’ve filled out everything on this page, click “Submit Product” to submit your vinyl sticker design

  3. At this point, you will be taken to a Shopify “Checkout” page where you will fill out your shipping/billing address so we know where to ship your promotional sticker sample

    • Once you have filled out all the necessary details, click on “Complete Order”

    • You will then be taken to an order confirmation page letting you know that your submission has been submitted to our system

  1. If you’d like to make another self-service product submission, just click the “Continue Shopping” button on the order confirmation page and it will take you back to the Creator Hub homepage

  2. Once submitted, our Creator Services team will review the submission. If edits need to be made, we will reach out with suggestions

  3. Once the submission is approved, we’ll set up the product page and place the bulk order with Garage Tees, which is located in Missoula

  4. Once the product page is set up, and the stickers are in our warehouse, we’ll be able to launch the product and start shipping your stickers out to customers

  5. Please note that we will invoice you at the beginning of each month for sticker expenses incurred during the previous month. No money is due at the time you submit your product, and in fact, the creator hub isn't even set up to accept money
