  • Artwork design specifications are as follows:

    • Your design file must be a PNG image file, 14” W x 16” H, 300 DPI, RGB Color Mode

    • The artwork must stay 1” away from each edge, so your artwork print area will be 12” W x 14” H

    • The background should be transparent, and the print will work best if the edges of your artwork are crisp and clean

    • You can download the PDF template (located at the bottom of the page) to create your artwork

    • Export the final file as a PNG image file with the template info layer hidden

Once you’ve chosen the color of the crewneck sweatshirt you’d like your design to go on, click on the “Customize Product” button and you’ll then see a customizer pop-up that is broken up into the following sections: 

• Aspects

  • This is where you can choose a different color crewneck sweatshirt to print on if you decide you want to go for a different color from what you initially chose

• Add Images

  • This is where you’ll upload your design as a PNG image file

• Continue to Product Page Customization

  • You will click this once you have finalized how your design will look on a crewneck sweatshirt

• Save

  • If you’d like to save a sample of what your design looks like, choose this option

After you click “Continue to Product Page Customization,” you’ll be taken to a page called Product Page Information

• Please fill out all of the required fields, which will include information about what you’d like to name your crewneck sweatshirt, how you are going to promote the crewneck sweatshirt, its launch date, as well as if you want your product to be available as an Evergreen, Limited Time, or Limited Quantity item

• Once you’ve filled out everything on this page, click “Submit Product” to submit your crewneck sweatshirt design

At this point, you will be taken to a Shopify “Checkout” page where you will fill out your shipping/billing address so we know where to ship your promotional crewneck sweatshirt sample

• Once you have filled out all the necessary details, click on “Complete Order”

• You will then be taken to an order confirmation page letting you know that your submission has been submitted to our system

If you’d like to make another self-service product submission, just click the “Continue Shopping” button on the order confirmation page and it will take you back to the Creator Hub homepage

Once submitted, our Creator Services team will review the submission. If edits need to be made, we will reach out with suggestions

Once approved, we’ll set up the product page in Shopify and then send you one free promotional sample. We will send it to the address filled out on the “checkout” page during the submission process

Once the product page is launched, customers will be able to order the crewneck sweatshirt in the size they want and then our production team will print the crewneck sweatshirt in our warehouse and ship it out to the customer
